Evie, a manager at Bugaboo Brewery, was working out on investigation about a fatality of Gavin, one of the workers there. at the same time, Belinda, her girlfriend was raped and killed. Evie, worked with a coroner, ex-military personnel, Bern Fortin, with her copper friend, Resnick to solve these cases.
Gavin was cleaning in big big big bottle washer in the factory during weekend (offtime, people dont work this time) and somebody turned on a machine to fill the caustic solution (it wasnt accident coz suppedly nobody shuld be turning on the machine during weekend blerghh) .
few characters associated with the company, Gemma (her secretary), Karl Ostikoff (forgot his position) Leroy (hopeful brother of Karl working with machine) , Steve (Karl's son working with machine)
And evie sometimes went to the sites on her own at night to figure out things. she used to get locked out one night. Thank God Bern Fortin saved her awww.
And Steve got girlfriend named Shandie. She confessed to Bern about a rapist but none she could identify. But she assumed Resnick (dayumm, suddenly an anthagonist) as they used to be in temporary relatiobship but it was wrong eventually.
One night, Evie sneaked into the place again, and found a room in the basement, clean and well-arranged and she heard footsteps which turned out to be Conrad. She ran away and met Karl and got held in captive. But after so many investigations made by Bern, he could think of this place and went to search for Evie.
But before that, Bern met Leroy in a truck, drugged Shandie (when Karl hit Steve because he overheard him talking to Leroy about their crime) and Shandie thought, Leroy was only an innocent, hopeless harmless uncle so she went along and got drugged using juice lololoerbxkxkdnckxk **im actually very sleepy now but i kept my head awake jusg to write the synopsis before i forgot ***
And after he knew that Bern saw him, he suicided
And then, Bern went to Evie's place with Resnick, fought against Karl and Evie fell off the steel bridge (maybe?????) and
the end. and finally Bern and Evie lived happily ever after (urghh obnoxious! **rolling eyes**)
